I am a resident here at Mariner's Pointe and I have to say I love it, this was my first apartment and the maintenace has been great anytime I have an issue they are on it! The office staff is just great the girls are so sencere and eagered to help people out. I don't know about you but I haven't met that many people that actually care about giving you a great deal. The leasing girls gave me a tour of the community and I knew after that this was the place for me. It Has a fitness center a tennis court and most of all it includes some of my utilities.... I for sure love living here, it's top notch living for a reasonable amount!
