We have lived here for the past year and a half and have had good and bad experiences with this place. I have found that about 1/2 of the maintainence crew is helpful and the other 1/2 never seems to believe that there is any problem when we report one. Also, I live in a 1 bedroom apt. and have a family of 4 living above us in an identical 1 bedroom apt. Their kids trample around day and night and we have made complaint after complaint about the noise and there has been nothing done to rectify the situation. I find it appalling that the mgmt would allow a family of that size to move into a 1 bedroom in the first place. My car has been stolen and also broken into although there is "security" (I use thath term loosely). Yeah - I will stay here until I leave Stockton (less than a year) but only because moving sucks and I don't want to deal with it again.
