Management is very poor

I lived in oakwood for 6 months and i was so happy when my lease ended. Everytime i had a mantience issue no one in the office would want to help me. I had mold in my bathroom and they ignored every request i made to have someone look at it, and then when i moved out they charged me for taking care of the mold problem! it is the properties responsibility to take care of this, not the resident. There was also a period in time where i had to go 3 days without a working toilet because i was told by management that is was not a priority!

Thanks for the warning...Ihave given my notice 2 months in advance.and will be moving out mid Aug. I agree, they do not fix things, they are quick to send out notices, but fail to fix anything. This apartment complex is the worst in the Stockton area. The rent is high, just across the street you can still rent for under 600.00 month. THe floors are sagging, smelly nasty landscaping, water pressure is very low, laundry rooms are messy and stinky mostof the time the washers dont even work. The maintenance crew don't speak a word of English, and dont care to even try to talk with you. Please PLEASE dont move in here...
