Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
poorly run apartments. very rude management and unaccommodating to the elderly or disabled. ran like a gated community in a 500k condo area but without any of the decent amenities that they advertise. 1 security guard for the entire complex and only available certain days of the week and only at night. poor drainage in some areas when it rains, leaking into nearby apartment patios. parking area grounds are not maintained(garbage trucks come and leak sewage/wet garbage on the parking surface so that the smell permeates the lot) and lack proper disabled access. management would rather maintain a good visual front than assist existing tenants.
