They claim to be these beautiful, basicly upper class apartments... Really.. All they are really is the ghetto but with a gardner.. The apartments are of really poor quality.. It seems like the go as cheap as they can on all of their reconstructions... They have 3 pools.. that are only open for about 2 months out of the year... and during that time they are always closed for cleaning.. They are extremely giving to certain tenants, but with others they almost harass them.. They pretend to be a gated community.. but the main entrance is wide open.. people from around the neighborhood go and use the pool probably more than the tenants.. The gates with locks are usually broken.. or just takin off completely.. There are pot holes all over the lot.. and the staf.. well... if not they aren't rude they just ignore you... unless you doing something they don't like then they'll be around for sure..
