I am a UOP student and have lived here for 2 yrs. The management lives on the premises and are available 24hrs a day via their emergency number to resolve anything that may come up. All repairs are done as quickly as humanly possible and the on-site handyman is just great and fast. The property is quiet and is great for studying. Any loud radio or football games that disturb you, just call management and it is resolved immediately. When you have a large package delivered, the mgmt is nice enough to accept it for you if they are in the office and you happen to not be home at the time.

Oh, did I mention that it is a gated community with your own private parking space and plenty of guest parking'

There are other UOP students living here (you can tell by their "B" parking permits)and occasionally I have seen several students from the school of pharmacy walking around.

It's too bad I'm graduating because I love this place and its close location to UOP and everything else.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this place as well. As long as the Management remains the same, you will have absolutely no problems while you live here. Good luck to all you future University of the Pacific students and future residents.
