I have lived at Waterfield Square apartments for about two years now. Since my stay here i have had a few complaints and concerns which have definitely made me consider moving out soon. This complex is gated and "secure," yet after MANY COMPLAINTS from myself and MANY OTHER residents (after speaking to a few other residents) one of the gate doors (which leads to the street) is broken. This has YET to be fixed. WE ALL have been waiting for this door to be fixed for over a year now. When we first moved in, it took maintenance THREE MONTHS to attend to my maintenance requests. I do have to say, that it has been a while that I have put in requests, therefore this issue may have changed. There are break-ins in apartments (even while residents are in the apartments) AND auto thefts. This complex "SEEMS" safe-but i feel it is not. To be fair, I have to say that I have never had a HUGE problem with maintenance OR the management office. They are all nice and respectful. But, I now realize that this management company has not enforced OR ATTEMPTED to create A SAFE LIVING ENVIRONMENT for myself or others here. This has made me come to the conclusion that I must RECONSIDER extending my lease when the time comes soon.
