Poor management especially the manager Rene Casalduc

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I'm a current resident waiting for my lease to expire so I can quit this place. The apartment is decent, but has a very poor manager Rene Casalduc. She's not only inefficient, but completely insensitive to the needs of renters.
If the management were overhauled, this place is quite decent otherwise.
