My first experience with this woman's 'tude was when we first moved in. The phone company switched the wrong switch or Maintenance here crossed wires and transferred our phone service to another APARMENT. We had service in our apartment, but not the number I'd had for 3 years. SBC blamed me and so did Rene. I told her I wasn't going to pay $120 for a service call for something that I didn't do. She finally did something when I told her that I had service that wasn't in my name and I could call all over the world cuz hey, it wasn't MY PHONE and I would hold her liable for any calls made on my bill as well. (It was a # belonging to one of the office phones and I told her the address the phone company had given me.) I was pregnant at the time and without phone service for FOUR days, my OB couldn't even get ahold of me and wound up having to mail me a letter.

We have lived here for 11 months and pay our rent automatically through BillPay, so a check is mailed out to Waterfield Square. Well, twice she's lost the check on her desk and given us an EVICTION NOTICE. Oh I want to make double sure we don't get a bad reference for late payment (it's proveable that it was her mistake because we never paid the late fee to continue living here.)
