We never had any major problems while we lived there. Once the roof leaked pretty bad and they just came and painted over it, but we were about to move out so we didn't care. The issue I had was after we moved out. We had paid $1000 deposit plus $500 pet deposit. We only got $300 - back all together. They said they had to charge us to replace the carpet (even though it wasn't new when we moved in) and a bunch of other stuff. We still don't know what exactly because they never gave us an itemized list. They also took several months to get us our check for the deposit. Overall the place wasn't the best, but for a working couple with no kids it was acceptable... until we tried to leave anyway.
