I'm happy to see other complaints about Renee. Someone should let that girl know that TENANTS pay her freaking pay check so she better get over herself. That girl brings the ghetto for sure. I must say though that the other staff members have always been very nice and helpful. But stay away from Renee if you can. Poor girl, she obviously has some issues. Apartments are cute, but for the price the appliances need to be updated. Maintenance staff is fine. The gate is always broken leaving it open all night. I just renewed my six month lease for a year and now after having to deal with Renee because of her (admitted) mistake, I almost want to break my lease and get the hell out of the ghetto!!! Will not sign another lease, there are so many other, more reasonable places in Stockton.
