If I knew then what I know now, I would have moved somewhere else. The initial impression I got was great - they wooed my and my roommate into the largest floorplan with a great initial deal. Then one year later they upped the rent drastically. Things are broken because the maintenance people take their sweet time and don't event knock when they come in (a sore spot for my girlfriend as you might imagine). The employees are concieted, rude and not helpful in the slightest. I can't wait to move out.

I have to agree with this review, I'm a current resident who's lease is expiring and I caution anyone who is reading this review to not lease here. Maintenance is horrible, every problem we have had, we had to make multiple calls to different people in the office to get fixed. Plus the staff must not enjoy working here because they are very rude and never great you (or I at least), when you go in the office. Lastly, like all the other tenants here when its time to renew your lease they will JACK you! I came in paying $907 and their new 12month lease proposal has me paying them a little over $1100. Thats over 10% increase! Icing on the cake, people drive way too fast on Mariners Drive and this complex is on the corner of Hammer and Mariners.

I am a rather new tennant and I would never recommend this Apartment complex to anyone. It is so sad that I am experiencing difficulty with my apartment so fast and I too have been treated unappropriatly when making a request for maintinence, it truly makes me want not to complain in fear of being treated rudly from the staff. They make you feel like its your fault that their complex is falling apart. In closing I caution anyone in making the decision to move into Waterfield Square Apartments, THE STAFF IS NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE WHEN YOU FIRST MOVE IN, THERE TRUE COLORS COME OUT. ALSO THE INSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS ARE A COMPLETE WRECK.
