I'm a current resident who's lease is expiring and I caution anyone who is reading this review to not lease here. Maintenance is horrible, every problem we have had, we had to make multiple calls to different people in the office to get fixed, and when asked what happend to my initial request they would say they never got it. Plus the staff must not enjoy working here because they are very rude and never great you (or I at least), when you go in the office. Like all the other tenants here when its time to renew your lease they will JACK you! I came in paying $907 and their new 12month lease proposal has me paying them a little over $1100. Thats over 10% increase! Also, people drive way too fast on Mariners Drive and this complex is on the corner of Hammer and Mariners. Security gates are a joke and because there is a creek in the back of the complex you have mosquitos and bugs all over the complex. In short look for somewhere else to live, for the amount they charge here the staff should be a little cheerful.

I have to disagree. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, the complex is clean and quiet. Most apartment complexes do raise the rent every year so I don't know why that comes as a shock. The "creek" in back is actually a levee and is filled with wonderful wildlife. I've seen egrets, blue herrons, even river otters. There aren't bugs and misquitoes and I've seen the county spraying. The apartment complex is set back from the street and I've never heard traffic from Mariners Drive.

buenobye, shut up! That "creek" behind the property is not secure. That is the route the bastards that broke into our apartment used. It isn't beautiful, or quiet, you are an idiot. I found tons of bugs in the apartment, big juicy ones too. Stockton sucks and so do you! You people are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and I've lived in 6 different states! Oh and that "staff" you like sooo much treated my husband and I like we robbed ourselves and were quite-------- rude, but hey everyone in stockton is. I hope you all rot in hell!
