We love our apartment we think the views are just wonderful and its a very quiet place to live. We find it to be pretty much secure with the gated entrance and all and maintenance to be very good with follow up. Though we find that dealing with the office is not always pleasant. There is not a lot of eye contact, they are very quick with you and deal with you like you "need them." It can use a lot of improvement. There has been only a few request where we have waited an extended amt of time for followup but overall they are pretty decent and prompt. The maintenance and gardening crew seem to be very nice.

I will recommend them if you are looking for great scenery, a quiet environment, security entrance and friendly atmosphere.

What Views are you speaking of? the slime in the duck pond? the duck poop? the dumpsters that are over flowing? the Delta Berm behind us that you can't see over? the Crack heads digging through the trash and your cars? you said the Office is pleasant? look at the other 23 reviews they all say the staff stinks. How can you give this a rating of a 5 when every single other review of this place is a 1?

Give it a rest, dude. Just move if it's so horrible here instead of continually posting the same rhetoric. The Delta Burm and ducks have been there for decades so you had to know about it before you moved in. I enjoy my quiet apartment and the office staff have ALL been pleasant, responsive and helpful.
