I love living here and have no complaints about this complex, nor the office staff. It's very quiet, spacious, and my maintenance requests have been fixed immediately. I have dealt with three different people in the office and they have all been professional and pleasant. In fact, Renee went out of her way to make my move stress free. I set up my rent to be paid through my online banking, and that has gone very smoothly. I have no idea why other tenants have not had the same positive experience as me, but I do know that if a tenant has a valid complaint they can contact EQR Corporate Headquarters and the problem will be addressed and resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Stockton.

i have done that (contact EQR) and they blew me off and told me they would take care of it, but for a YEAR i still had the same issues. please try again Renee

Renee did not post this review. I am a current tentant and resent that you feel a tenant could not be happy at Watefield Square, AND that the office would stoop to posting false reviews. I know someone who had an issue, contacted EQR, and the problem was resolved within hours.
