I have to say that this is the first time on this site and I have to laugh at some of the comments. I would like to pay special thanks to the office. In the 6 years living here this is by far the best staff yet. Linette, Trish, and Renee are one of the most outstanding teams in property management. They are very fair and understanding with myself and daughter. They will and go above and beyond the call of duty. As for the comments about the crew of maintance, these guys work their asses off each day to make each resident safe and enjoyable to live here. Special thanks to Sam, Junior, and yes housekeeper ( camille)
All my request have been satisfied and responded to in a timely manner and completed above expectations.

Most of the complaints I see on this site blame individuals at this site that are not their fault.
In the Corporate world it usually is the fault of higher management that are tight spenders. If you want to blame anyone in cases of old fixtures, landscaping, etc. then you should blame the money people that make the little peoples job hard to do. Do not blame the front line fighters, they can only do what guidelines that they are given.

I will say this much, "I can honestly call this place home" and the employees are "the best team of any living community that I have ever experienced".

Thank you Waterfield Square employees. Each and everyone of you make the difference for living here and calling this community home.........

Home Sweet Home it is!! I agree with this posting 100%. This is such a great place to live and ALL the staff, both office and maintainance, go out of their way to make living here safe, secure, and pleasant. I recently had air conditioner problems and Linette, Renee, Vic, and Sam went out of their way to get the problem fixed. I can't praise or thank them enough for their professionalism and care. Sam spent two days on top of my roof in blistering heat to fix my air conditioning. Renee offered me a cooler to use. The office followed up to make sure I was comfortable. The last apartment Ilived in never even responded to maintainance requests, so this is like being treated like royalty. Thank you Waterfield Square staff!
