We have new Noisy Neighbors (you know the usual like: running up and down the hallway from 1 AM till 4 AM, and locking people out on the balcony at 4 AM, Screaming to be let in the house at 4 AM ) when informed of all this staff seemed unfazed and stated "Ok, well I'll give them a call..."
we can't wait until our lease is up and we can move...

I'm sick of all the neighbors (and their visitors) who insist on blasting their car stereos as loud as possible while driving through the parking lot in the middle of the night. If I get woken up one more time by some ghetto blaster with the bass turned up I'm going to call the Stockton Police Department.
