First thing first dont move here. I just tried o move here in january and we got approved for it. We put a 150 deposit in for it and then they called us and told us they cant give us it anymore. I asked for the deposit back and there is a guy there by the name jose and what a prick he is. If I was you guys I would highly go some where else. It looks nice but go there btween 230 and 330 and see what a ---- hole it is. And if i was you check it out at night and there is your answer to move in and the gates I can go in and break into anything I want if I want to that place is no good. And if you do like it dont go through jose.

Did they tell you why they couldn't give you the apartment? I am very interested, so that this doesn't happen to me.

I agree Waterfield Square management is very unprofessional, rude and will lie and tell you anything to get your money. The only person who tried to work wit you was Linette Litz and shes is no longer with the company , biggest mistake they could have ever made.

If you are thinking about moving here, please disgregard this comment as I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had no problems at all. This is a wonderful, beautiful place to live and the staff are ALL helpful, polite, and compassionate.
