I have lived here for about a year now and think it's a nice place to live. I love the wood-burning fireplace, pools and spas. The management is friendly and tell you up front about their policy about your security deposit so I won't be surprised when I don't get much, if any, back. I have heard of a couple of incidents of people stealing cans from patios and there was a break-in(not surprising, we ARE in Stockton!!), but I have had no problems myself. The rent is cheap and my apartment is cute.
