Not worthwhile From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Not the best, not the worst but very slow to respond to necessary repairs (SRW Properties). On site management useless unless it is noise related. Heater and air conditioner the worst; carpet damage appeared as soon as the shampoo dried; because I wrote letters, the refrigerator and linoleum were replaced. Water pressure - pathetic. Also, repairs are hinky, not done well. A shelf missing in the kitchen was replaced by presswood and a few screws...what'! Hole in the kitchen "couldn't be sealed" because they needed access to the bath pipes. A piece of board was nailed up. I couldn't keep anything in there also because it was dirty. Really - there was dirt in the cabinet. This was also covered with a cheap piece of plywood. Disgusting! Overall, the courtyard is made of hollow concrete, so you hear *everyone's* coming and going, not peaceful. No great uninhabitable things, but for that money, you can do better. Being downstairs will suck the most. Happy to be gone!
