I'm the author!
Lived in building 1 for 18 months now and totally fed up with this place. The noise from the disrespectful neighbours is ridiculous. At least 3 nights a week there's someone having a party & making noise.
I will be vacating this place soon as I'm sick of being kept up at night. Don't live here unless you're a punk college kid or loser wannabe actor...
