Hi-I am seriosuly considering signing a lease with Archstone in a few weeks. Please give me any feedback-positve or negative. Are all these negatives true or are the complaints just a few angry tennants' The place looks amazing, but perhaps I am one of the "victims" or the lures. Is this "ghetto" and party scene still going on' PLEASE, I NEED THE HELP OF CURRENT RESIDENTS!

I would go across the street to L'Stancia... Archstone has gone downhill considerably. They own 3 very large properties on the same block. They cannot manage it properly. They also are not able to handle maintenace. The place is very dirty... look closer.. don't just look at the leasing area and a few of the main common areas. Archstone is going to pot and yes it is GHETTO! Yes there are Gangsta Rappers and there are also theives, drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes and convicts living here. It is not made up... believe it! When my lease is up - I am out of here.
