They basically steal you blind. They lure you in and rob you. You can find places to live in LA that are better run, nicer, less expensive. This place is awful. They are constantly raising the rent 20-35% a year! You will not be happy if you move in here. God help you if you do. And it is very true about the Street Trash here. It is a ghetto and it is not fabulous. I used to be nicer until all of these hip hop azzwholes moved in. They are turning Studio City into a ghetto! It used to be a great place to live. Thanks to Archstone allowing trash to move in they have ruined the neighborhood. You will go broke, insane and pissed off if you move into this place. Archstone owns 3 complexes on the block and so now they control the rents in the neighborhood. It is disgusting what they have done. I saw a girl getting attacked in the parking garage in the Gallery this week! I was so scared. I think she was a prostitute and he the pimp. I high-tailed it out of there. God, this place is awful. I often feel unsafe here and will be moving out as soon as I can. You will be sorry if you move here. Believe these reviews. Lots of evil bad seedy types live here now. I have no idea why Archstone has let this property go down. The thugs are attracted to it and I doubt it will go back to the way it used to be.
