Service My Butt From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have had several problems with the apartment that could be easily corrected with maintenance attention. The maintenance staff has not responded. For the money I'm paying here, there is an expected level of service. I have recently had a conversation with a maintenance supervisor--who lives in this building--and he blatantly refused to come look at, and take care of, a serious maintenance problem because he thought it to be not "an emergency." This is outrageous. I would recommend against this place because for the EXPENSIVE rental charge--the office staff and the maintenance staff are extremely rude, inattentive and unprofessional.
