This scary event happen just a couple nights ago..gun shots go off in the middle of the night..screams.. helicopters flying over flashing there lights..police.. It is so scary living here..
Someone I know was almost raped, they actually asked her if she lived alone and if they could take a shower in her apartment. STRANGERS, DRUGS, WEED SMELL ALL THE TIME..RUN FAR AWAY..READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!! It is so scary here..PLEASE PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OTHERS DID!
*security guard killed himself in our laundry room
*the place is nicknamed suicide colony due to many incidents on the property.
*MURDERS
*stabbing in the parking garage
*rape in parking garage
*car break-ins
someone got stabbed and died OUTSIDE
*GUNSHOTS and helicopters swarming in the middle of the night
*motorcycle was stolen from the garage, CARS ALWAYS BROKEN INTO
*drug raid, a girl overdosed on drugs and died
*The other day a guy was arrested for PEEPING into a girls window. He was a sex offender.
*LOUD SCREAMS in the middle of the night
*VIOLENCE EVERYDAY
*PROSTITUTION AND DRUG DEALS DAILY
The apartments are disgusting. They try to fool you on tour by taking you to high priced model units but what your really getting is very scary..

This place has it's issues just like anywhere else, however whoever is writing these comments must be out of their mind.i think he is mistaking with another apartment complex.

I think that people are really starting to stand up to this dump and state how they really feel. Archstone Studio City is a hell hole filled with ghetto human trash. Plain and simple, it is a beyond bad. God help this complex. The best thing that could happen is if Archstone sells the property and new tough management steps in, beefs up security and starts caring about the real environment. There is really nothing good to talk about this place. And, I'm not sorry for voicing my true opinion. If you have any sense at all you will do your research and take these reviews to heart. Call the local police precinct. The will tell you the TRUTH about this complex! Your life is at stake!
