I can't understand how I am paying over 1700 to live in this dangerous place. Urine in the elevators and other "questionable" fluids.. Sure..drive by Archstone, take a tour.. It looks nice but Beware..as soon as you sign the dotted line you are no longer important to the High School level staff in the
leasing office. Come by at night and you will see a completely different place.
Hookers out front, ghetto trash, smell of weed. MUSIC BLASTING 24/7.. At 10am can you imagine what I woke up to' The vibrations of heavy rap music blasting.
People are always running through the hall.. there are screams all hours of the night. Security...SURE..THEY WALK AROUND LISTENING TO IPODS..I walked outside one night and said to the guy..don't you hear that..he had to take out his ear phones and say "hear what'"
Also the rec room and computer room seems to be the whole streets rec room and computer room because strangers are always coming in and out just to use the rec room or gym.
Nobody cares..yea you think famous people live here..well maybe in some master suite but believe me this place is not safe. Cops are always here..ALWAYS. They always are looking for some criminal.
just stay away..read the other reviews except for the recent one that says Archstone is great..it must be one of there staff with nothing to do.
ARCHSTONE IS DESPERATE..they sent out an email saying they have listened to the concerns of the community so they are going to throw a summer movie night HAHAHA..
For all the people saying that it is just a few bitter people complaining I do not think archstone would do so much damage control if this place was not as bad as everyone says..MOVIE NIGHT SHOULD SOLVE EVERYTHING !! LOL

WOW LOL you can reconize "semen" in the elevators?? and a Meth Lab?? okay and you looked at it?? You're stupid why didnt you call the cops if you knew this.. Ohh because its probably not true... only an idiot would stand around to smell and look at a meth lab.. HONEY stop tweeking

Yeah, "Summer Movie Night", where they set a great example for the community by bringing in a DJ and truckload of speakers outdoors to blow out the whole block with music before and after the movie. Can't wait.

OMG! I remember that Meth lab and the windows sealed with foil!!! ha ha ha... it was awful to look at it. It also smelled soooo bad. Archstone did nothing until the cops busted them. I also used to find semen in the elevators in that building too... disgusting!
