I lived in Bluffside Gardens for 3 years and everything I've read in the other reviews is true. The freeway noise will become part of your life, like it or not. The management did not return one penny of my security deposit when I left, making up a list of charges that coincidentally exactly matched how much I put down. The rent increases every time you need to renew your lease like clockwork. I was charged $20 for nail holes in the wall. Who doesn't hang things on nails in an apartment' Well, I guess the management at B.G. thinks no one does. The resident manager is clueless and lives with about 6 people crammed into her apartment, and the owners are psycho and will park their pickup truck in your spot when you aren't there which stinks when you finally return home. I used to climb a flight of stairs, going out of my way not to pass by their office to save myself the inane conversation. The best thing about Bluffside Gardens is its location--walking distance to Ralphs, Starbucks, Blockbuster, dry cleaners, etc., but the worst thing is having to return to your noisy cramped apartment.
