I lived at this complex for a year and it was great. The apartment was huge, I rarely had any problems maintenance-wise, and the managers were very nice. When we had given notice my roomate continually asked them what needed to be done to get our $1000 deposit back. Every time they said nothing, nothing, they were sure we would get all the money back since they had been in our apartment and we were very clean. Eventually when we got our "refund" in the mail it was a list of charges and an additional $7 charge. When we moved into this apartment we actually spent two days cleaning it because it was obviously not cleaned well before. Before we moved out we did the same. All I would say is if you don't mind high rent for nothing special and losing $1000 for no reason, this place is fine. I would have given it an excellent review if it weren't for being completely ripped off in the end.
