The managing owner, --------, is a lying pig. They will absolutely steal your deposit. The building is right on the 101 Freeway so there is noise 24/7. Bluffside Drive is congested and criminals live on the street. There are convicted sex offenders living on the street. There is a bad cockroach problem. People drive like maniacs on this small street. Don't trust management, they are all liars. There is also a lot of noise from the other tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
