I lived in the building almost 3.5 years. The manager was nice, but things take a long time to get fixed sometimes months. I moved out a few months ago and not only I did not get my deposit back, but I got charged 450 more on top of the $1700 deposit when I called them they were saying That all the expenses were because they were trying to rent the apartment so I will not be liable for the days it was not rent since I moved out before my lease was up. She made it seem she did that for my benefit,these people have no mercy scruples or principles all they care about is money. Never rent there...if somebody had the same problem as me, please contact me we need to talk,..
