management are idiots, if they're even around. Takes them weeks to fix anything including broken, flooding water pipes. the pool/hot tub are a joke, and always filthy. It's not uncommon to have apt theft/stolen cars from "secure building".,and in hallways. Animal waste all over the complex (no one cleans up after their animals)fitness center is pathetic. You hear barking dogs and loud music at any hour.

WOW!!! This place is nothing like this now. The management is great and there aren't any partiers now. There are dogs but most everyone cleans up after their dogs that I see now. Haime, the maintenane guy is really sweet and does a great job, too.
