the thing that appealed to us was the location and the the absolute quiet. We had stayed in other apartment complexes with better amenities but this place the catalina although it has horrible workout room pool and hot tub facilities was bearable because of the quiet. But alas no more!!! noise noise noise it is now a trailer park/ghetto do not bother calling the emergency after hours number, I had to yell at noisy partyers myself. what was once a really quiet almost affordable place has become a place where you cannot sleep before midnight This is really hard when you get up at 4AM pLEASE consider this do not make the same mistake we did you will be sorry

I COMPLETELY DISAGREE!!!!!! IF YOU CALL AFTER HOURS YOU ARE CALLING FOR A MAINTANANCE EMERGANCY NOT IF SOMEBODY IS BOTHERING YOU!!!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT GET MAD AT THE MANAGER BECAUSE YOUR TO LAZY TO ASK SOMBODY TO BE A LITTLE QUIET, THIS IS NOTHING HAVING TO WITH THE BUILDING BUT WITH SOMEBODY WHO LIVED THERE!

There were some partiers here a few years ago but thank God, Jennifer did get rid of them.
