This place is the most over-priced, poorly-built, poorly-maintained apartment building I've ever live in. It's noisy, dirty, the elevator is ALWAYS broken, and it's in not-so-fabulous neighborhood, too (the Valley...need I say more') If you're thinking about spending the kind of money they charge at Lestancia, you can afford to live somewhere MUCH nicer like Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Malibu, or the Marina. The office staff is absolutely horrendous, too. They actually talk down to you when you go in to place a maintenece request. I think that they're under the impression that they're important or something because they work in the office. Whatever...wake up, people! You rent apartments for a living! Crystal especially. What a worthless @#$%*! This place isn't worth it. If they actually kept the buildings up, it could certainly be a nice place to live. But from the cheap carpeting in you apartment to the chippingpaint on the inside and outside of the building, this place sucks!
