The building is pretty to look at, but the construction of nearly every facet of this building is cheap. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything going in around you. Concrete sub-floor seems bouncy and thin, so you can hear people below you talking. Dogs bark a lot, the grounds are rarely maintained, particularly the garage and garbage room. I've been here over a year and the garage has NEVER been swept or clean. It's disgusting! Management doesn't care at all, is not active at all, and won't take complaints seriously and seems unwilling to take any action to solve a problem. The building is severely over-priced, given the area, and especially given the lack of ameneties and how poorly everything is maintained.
No pool, no spa, no sauna, a small gym which is useless, and there's not enough parking on-site to accomodate two cars per apartment. Take about a bad design!
There is also a high turnover rate here, as people seem to stay for 6 months and then leave. I've heard people have breached their lease and left because of problems that went unaddressed by management, and some got their rent increased to an obscene amount. A lot of really nice people have moved out, and some bad ones have moved instead. This place is going downhill fast because nobody cares.
Don't plan to move here and call this place home for any length of time. If management changes, things could get better, but for now it's a free-for-all where anything goes, so expect to desire to leave within a few months.
