Doormen are super friendly.
Agree with last poster. There is no sound proofing at all.
Even though they advertise as "smoke free" it is most definitely not and this policy is not enforced by management. Huge thumbs down.
I'd only recommend this place depending on which unit you get

Cockroaches are a problem here. They have sprayed the building several times and they still return.
Management is nice but they seem not to care and it takes them a while to fix things. The roof of trash chute was collapsing & thy took months to fix it. Mold in my restroom upon when I moved in -

I just transferred to Archstone Studio City from another Archstone building and I love it. The location is amazing and the building is great. I've only been here a few days and so far everyone in the building is nice and I'm very happy I made the switch.

Absolute ghetto, full of noisy college kids Lived in building 1 for 18 months now and totally fed up with this place. The noise from the disrespectful neighbours is ridiculous. At least 3 nights a week there's someone having a party & making noise.
