I have only lived at the complex for about a year and i can say that i love it here! The complex is always very clean, if there is a piece of trash a memeber of the office/maintanace staff is right behind to clean it up. The people here are very nice and everyone is like family. It's very very quite, you DONT have to worry about break ins,loud music and gangstars.The manager Veronica and maintanace personal Lou are both WONDERFUL PEOPLE! If you want the job done, THE JOB IS DONE! 2 VERY NICE PEAOPLE THAT I HOPE ARE A GREAT ASSET TO THE MANAGMENT COMPANY AIMCO. Thank you for all that you have done to make my stay with Villa La Paz a happy one!
