I have lived at these apts for 8 months and am moving out as soon as the lease is up! This place is ghetto. Cheap rent, so i guess you get what you pay for... The management if very unorganized an unprofessional!!! The only good thing about this place is the maintenance man, Keith, he is nice. As for the trash, there is always old sofas and beds overflowing. There are ghetto kids playing in the streets at all hours of the day/night. When we moved in the bedroom windows were missing screens, we put in a request and we still have no screens and its been 8 months. Parking is good, always a space available. Also, the apts are all different colors, the managament said that they were testing colors to repaint, again that was 8 months ago and still we have a multicolored apt complex. P.S. Someone backed into a building and seriously damaged the integrity of the building and all they did was plaster over the damage.
