My lease will be up in November, and I couldn't be happier. They do not fix ANYTHING. All of my requests for repairs have gone unanswered. The office staff do not seem concerned with anything other than collecting a check. When you enter the office they act like you are not there, and most times do not offer a receipt for payment. The grass is dying. The buildings are not painted, and some are 4 or 5 different colors. The pool has been closed several times due to violation of health codes. There is trash everywhere. The dishwashers are old. Mine doesnt even work. I have no screens on my windows. My carpet sucks. I have attempted to contact the management company to discuss the misconduct of their employees and NO ONE returns calls. This place just sucks all around. This place is ghetto. It isn't worth your time. They dont return ANY deposits. The list goes on and on and on. Keep driving. Don't stop here.
