Save yourself a headache and don't move here! I also am a long term tenant that is about to move out of this place. The new owners have only been here a month and have already sent us a rent increase our rent $150 a month. They also have gotten rid of the security guard and this place never has

Nice Apartments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been living here for more than five years now, i have never had any kind of problems, rent is resanoble for the area. Quiet and very clean, resently renovated. A nice family building.

Nice place to live I have been a Sheldon Arms Apartments for 1 year. The apartments are very reasonably priced and the neighbors are great. It is a quiet community with a variety of good people. The manager is very nice and helpful. She puts on free monthly activities that are very fun.

Amazing I have lived here approximately 2 months Martha and her daughter were very helpful and wonderful assisting me. I was able to have all my paperwork quick and efficiently. This gated community is safe, clean and a beautiful place to live.

A great place to live I have lived at this apartment for more than three years. It was always kept up and run well. But after the manager changes, it is even better than before. There is also a gym, pool and spa. It's great!
