My name is Walter Berry. I am currently the On-site Manager of this twelve unit building located in a quiet community in Sunnyvale, CA. This is the second time I have resided in this building, and I have been living on this property for over 4 years. The building is quiet, Tenants are basically law abiding citizens - they have not seriously violated their rental agreement, and most of the current Tenants have been here longer than I have. The over all community is quiet, even with a public school down the street from the building, the apartment building is "pet-friendly" and there are no "roaches, rats or mice" in this building. In my opinion, this is a great place to live if you are a single or married w/kid(s). Everyone respects each other's privacy, and basically abides by the house rules attached to their rental agreement. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a community to live in where there is very little to no disturbance.
