I have lived here for a year and am very happy with our apartment. It basically feels like a condo. Because the property was built with the "obvious" cal-train tracks on the North side, the structure is very solid making the apartment very quiet. True, if you live on the train side, you are going to here the trians, Duh! Although, the windows are quadruple paned on that side, making the noise level very bearable. Downtown Sunnyvale has some great restaurants and there's a brand new two-story target one block away. The management is great, very helpful. The detail in the apartments is wonderful, it still has that brand new feel!

I give it a 9.5 personally and would recommend this community to anyone.
