The upkeep of the complex is very well, new appliances with great amenities, timely maintenance requests, and friendly staff. However, after two years I can't quite shake the trains and the freight trains are the worst! As I'm basically right on the tracks, I can't even open my window without blaring horns, but I also get train exhaust/pollution when ever my window is left open - and the unit does shake, more now than it has ever.
