I lived here for a few months only and would not recommend it to anyone! Not because of the apartments, they are actually quite nice! The company "Trammell Crow" which owns and manages this community are in the dark as to what really goes on with the management staff here.

Peggy is a complete moron and a basically evil person! Don't ask for anything, including maintenance help since they managed to lose the maintenance team as well.

My guess is that no one wants to work with the wicked witch! They have been through approximately EIGHT Managers since they opened two years ago.

Something wrong with this picture''!! Nadia has been there for quite a while now, and she is the only respectful, sweet, responsive person that has stuck around! Thanks Nadia! But they work her to death and treat her like crap! I hope everyone who reads this will re-consider and rent somewhere else! We cannot continue to promote this companies awful behavior and their poor treatment of their employees!! Please, please...

Don't rent here! It truly is for your own good.
Besides all that, they will do their absolute best to rip you off!!!

Hi, we've been here for a couple of years now and for the most part I agree that the management was not the best in 2004-2005. At the end of 2005 the complex was bought out by a new company. Since then there has been completely new management which we are overall satisfied with.
