The apartments look forgeous inside and out, which is what appealed to us. We took the tour and fell in love with the apartment and subsequently put a deposit down. While on our tour the leasing agent Nadia lied to us about multiple things. We were told the following which is not true:

1. there is central air, not true.. only 1 vent in the living room
2. the Cal Train only runs until 8pm, not true. The trains seem to run all hours except 2-4am
3. the railroad tracks adjacent to the apartment are used by Cal Train only, not true. Freight trains also use the tracks
4. the apartments are wired for DirecTV and all you have to do is plug in the receiver, not true. they use SBC and you have to pay a huge deposit to have your own satellite system which has to be on a tripod

We seem to have had the opposite experience with the manager as Peggy was the only competent one while Nadia was unable to perform simple tasks.
