This was not my first awareness of how TCRS
conducts business. I had been warned not to
have anything to do with them but I thought
it was just individuals who had some disagreement with their management office and ignored the warnings.

I found out later that not only were these warnings valid but the same complaints seemed to be universal involving 4 TCRS properties...3 of which are no longer being screwed over by Trammel Crow Residential. As a matter of fact properties for which I had no information are also not under the misguidance of TCRS anymore. This is the only property in the local area at this time that I have found to be still under destruction.

It is unfortunate, when so many good management companies exist, that owners are not researching the performance records of whatever agent they are considering as a candidate for a management contract. Only after a proven failure of on-site management is TCRS chased down the road...but this takes 1-2 years for the damage to become great enough that it cannot be hidden. That is the owner's problem, though.

Don't make it yours...simply check all signage at the property, all paperwork made available to you, and ask the staff with whom you come in contact to insure TCRS or anything that looks like TCRS is not involved in the management of your future home!

It is too bad TCRS exists at all but they do not seem to be in this area anymore so now they are some other communities' problem.
