Most of the reviews are fairly accurate. The train can be disturbing, but you get used to it and it wont bother you.

The garage doors break often and you are bound to be stranded inside especially when you are in a hurry. There is only one gate for each parking section. Parking is horrible especially if you have two cars or have friends over. You better find some other spot. Management is never really around and if they are, they are SLOW.

For the money you should expect the apt complex to be clean, dont count on it. The garbage shoot is often overflowing during weekends and the gym hardly used because it is a health hazard. It is very cleaned or clean tools are provided.

Overall you can find a better place and save yourself a few hundred dollars per month. Good luck! I am leaving this place soon.
