Im sad to see that people are only compelled to write an opinion when it's negative. I moved here from out of state and April was the biggest help with acclimating to a new community and town.

I don't feel like I'm living in an apartment complex. The office staff always makes me feel welcome and at home. Theyre make me feel like a friend rather than someone who just pays rent.

You won't regret living here. I don't at all. I can say with complete confidence that I would not have enjoyed my time here in California if I'd chosen to live somewhere else.
