This place really blows...used to be awesome. They will treat you great when you first move in and then, just dont expect your monthly rent to take you too far. Perhaps you are better off renting at better places such as Cherry Orchard or the Avalon's. Why pay more for less service, either pay more for far better service or pay less with about the same service but older buildings...BTW, parking is horrible. Get a bike.
