I have lived here for about 8 months, and I must say that this is one of the best apartments I have ever been in. The reserved parking is very secure(gated garage) and the building is very solid. The rent is astronomical compared to other buildings in the area- over $2100 for a 2 bedroom. Also expect to buy a garage space for every car- the guest parking is minimal and fills up quickly.

Comcast cable tv or internet is not available here, you will need dsl for internet and satellite TV service.

The main problem is in the fire alarm system- there is a detector in my kitchen that goes off every time I open the oven door whether there is smoke or not. Expect to cover it with tin foil if you ever want to cook in peace.

The maintenance team has responded promptly to every request we have made with regards to sticking doors and broken cabinets, but don't expect the build quality to be top notch.

Overall I am now searching for an apartment in this area that is cheaper because the one bedroom prices here are just ridiculous($1800). AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
