I lived here for two years, recently moved. I have to say that the management changed for the absolute worse. The manager, ---, is running the place to the ghetto. The walkways to the apartments on all floors have stains and marks all over never cleaned while I was there. Any leaks or spills permeninate the cement. The garage is always dirty and the grounds used to be maintained with wonderful flowers, now it is grass and a few trees. Oh, in the dog walk area along the pool- there are large RATS. Yes, rats. I was in the spa one night and this huge rat ran across the fence - we thought it was a cat! The rent is way out of control, I think the manager screens who SHE wants in the apartment which may I say is a bit lower class.

I got my car broken into because the garage door is always broken!

On the positive, the location is great to Murphy Ave and the Saturday farmers market. If you can take the CalTrain to work then live here otherwize the train is SUPER LOUD as it is right next to the tracks. The windows are double pane but still cant cancel the noise, the place shakes like an earthquake for the 9:30pm Amtrack train as well as CalTrain. Oh and the jets from Moffett Field, if you like the planes then you will get a show, but they are LOUD.
